Are Your Earbuds Not Waking Up? This might help!

One of the most frustrating issues I've had to deal with during my time with Powerbeats Pros is one of the earbuds not waking up when I remove them from the charging case.

This means that when you remove the earbuds from the charging case, and put the earbuds in your ears only to find one of the earbuds is working. Well, its a pretty simple fix ... Usually.

One solution is to remove the earbuds from your ears, and put them back into the charging case, close the lid, and try again. This usually will solve the connection problem.

What if you're pulling the earbuds out of your pocket? The solution here is to trigger the proximity sensor, which is the lens on the back of the earbud, by covering it with your finger and then uncovering it. This sometimes helps to wake the earbud up, which is useful when you're not near your charging case.
