If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, you will be refunded immediately.

Please note that if an order is canceled after the order has processed and shipped, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the time you receive your order.

To prevent fraud, all serial numbers are recorded prior to shipment.
